The property exteriors were lacking in character and required major exterior change in architectural style. The challenge was to add character and transform the look of the existing property to greatly enhance both the lakeside and curb-side appeal while also improving the quality of the interior space. We accomplished this task by increasing the size of the existing livingroom and dining room pairing them with outdoor spaces. The living room received a major overhaul complete with high ceilings, abundant glass, and a covered patio space. The dining room was treated with three pairs of french doors all leading out to a new covered porch and an increase in size while maintaining the interior style. The second level of this house now includes a new full bathroom and redesigned bedrooms with dormers to allow for views out towards Chautauqua Lake.
