The City of Dunkirk, NY is contemplating a Complete Streets Ordinance which would authorize bike lanes, transit stops, landscaping, and other "Streetscape" improvements. These renderings were prepared for the Chautauqua County Health Network as a representation of possible improvements for public meetings on the subject.
