Historic Design for New Structures

This new two-family lakefront home was built on the grounds of the Chautauqua Institution, a designated historic district. The design needed to meet the building standards of the historic district and blend in with the surrounding properties. Each side has four floors (including a finished basement), wrap-around porch, and unobstructed lake views.
